RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@stacyclaudedesign.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and our return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

The Ultimate Collection Returns

The Ultimate Collection can be returned within 14 days, provided all pieces are included and in original condition. Missing pieces will result in a partial refund or return rejection.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different color or design. To request an exchange, contact us at info@stacyclaudedesign.com. Return shipping fees apply.
